DESCRIPTION:De ce să participi la un eveniment Adunat?\n\n\n\n\n De câte ori ai avut o părere puternică despre un subiect\, dar ai evitat să o spui pentru că nu voiai conflict\, tensiune sau discuții fără sens? \nSau\, dimpotrivă\, de câte ori ai intrat într-o discuție care a degenerat rapid în atacuri\, etichete și „eu am dreptate”? \nNu e vina ta.Majoritatea conversațiilor contradictorii sunt fie:– prea agresive (cine vorbește mai tare câștigă)\,– fie prea superficiale (ne prefacem că suntem de acord ca să fie liniște). \nAșa că hai să încercăm altceva. \n Joi\, 9 Aprilie te invităm la Dezbatere & Socializare\, tema: \nPentru binele societății\, libertatea individuală trebuie limitată. \nTrăim într-o lume în care libertatea personală este una dintre cele mai importante valori.Libertatea de a alege\, de a vorbi\, de a trăi așa cum vrem. \nDar… \n Ce se întâmplă când libertatea unui individ afectează binele celorlalți? Cât de mult ar trebui societatea sau statul să intervină în viața oamenilor? Unde se termină libertatea individuală și unde începe responsabilitatea față de ceilalți? Și cine decide unde este această limită? \nUneori spunem că libertatea este esențială pentru o societate sănătoasă. \nAlteori spunem că fără reguli și limite\, societatea nu poate funcționa. \nUnii spun: Libertatea individuală trebuie protejată aproape cu orice preț. \nAlții spun: Fără limite clare\, libertatea unora poate deveni problema tuturor. \n\n Cum vom face asta? \nEste un spațiu în care putem vorbi despre idei sensibile sau controversate\, fără să ne atacăm. \nNu ca să câștigăm o dispută\,ci ca să înțelegem mai bine cum gândim\, de ce gândim așa și ce se întâmplă atunci când ascultăm cu adevărat o perspectivă diferită. \n\n Regulile jocului: \n Atacăm ideile\, nu oamenii Fiecare persoană are timp egal alocat Ascultăm până la capăt\, fără întreruperi Argumentăm\, nu etichetăm Vorbim la persoana I\, din propria perspectivă Ce se discută la eveniment rămâne în spațiul evenimentului \n\n Ce NU este acest eveniment: \n Nu este terapie de grup Nu este un concurs de „cine are dreptate” Nu este un spațiu de moralizare sau convingere forțată \nEste un exercițiu de dialog\, gândire critică și empatie. \n\n Cum decurge seara? \nFără să intrăm în detalii sau spoilere: \n Începem ușor\, cu discuții de încălzire în grupuri mici Explorăm idei și contexte diferite Schimbăm perspective și argumente Vom avea și momente de dezbatere ghidată\, într-un cadru sigur \nUneori vei fi invitat să susții o poziție doar ca exercițiu de înțelegere\, nu ca afirmație personală. \n\n Trebuie să fii bun la dezbateri? \nNu.Nu trebuie să fii carismatic\, rapid sau „smart”. \nPoți vorbi.Poți pune întrebări.Poți doar să asculți. \n Totul e o invitație\, nu o obligație. \n\n Cine vine la Dezbatere & Socializare? \nOameni diferiți.Introvertiți\, extrovertiți\, curioși\, sceptici.Oameni care gândesc mult și oameni care simt mult. \nTocmai de asta funcționează.Punem la aceeași masă oameni care\, în mod normal\, nu și-ar fi ascultat opiniile unii altora. \n\n Bilet: 30 – 70 lei(preț flexibil – minim 30 lei\, dar poți contribui mai mult dacă vrei să susții proiectul) \n Joi\, 9 Aprilie Fika\, Piața Unirii 7\, Iași Începem la ora 19:00 (aprox. 2:30 – 3 ore) Locuri limitate! \nIa-ți biletul de pe adunat.ro și hai să vedem cum arată un dezacord care nu rupe conexiunea  \n\nPS: Dacă vrei să afli când urmează alte evenimente\, poți intra în Intră în grupul WhatsAppde anunțuri. Fără spam\, fără mesaje aiurea — doar când ne adunăm.

DESCRIPTION:Why join an Adunat event?\n How many times have you gone out and just hung out with your friends because you felt awkward talking to other people? \nIt’s not your fault. Most social events are either chaotic (too loud music\, no one talks to new people) or too formal (boring speeches\, forced networking). \nSo let’s try something different. \n Thursday\, April 9th we invite you to an evening of authentic socializing. \n How does this come about? \nIn order to have real conversations\, without tension or superficiality\, we follow a few simple principles of authentic communication. \nAuthentic communication means talking about yourself\, really listening\, and creating a space where everyone can be themselves\, without fear of judgment. \nRules of the game: \n We talk about our experiences\, not about what others “should” do.\n We listen without interrupting or judging.\n We don’t give advice. We come here to understand others\, not to change them.\n What is discussed at the Gathering\, stays at the Gathering. \n It’s not a workshop\, it’s not group therapy\, it’s not something ultra-serious. \nIt’s just a place where you can have conversations that are really worth your time. \n How does the evening go? \n We sit in groups of 4 people and receive an open-ended question\, designed to lead directly to an interesting conversation. \n Everyone has 3 minutes to answer\, without being interrupted\, to make sure that no one monopolizes the discussion. If you want to talk\, you have space. If you just want to listen\, that’s perfectly fine. \n After each round\, we change groups and move on to a new question. This way you have the opportunity to meet more people and explore different perspectives. \n You don’t have to be the most charismatic person in the room\, you don’t have to impress anyone. Just show up and enjoy interesting conversations. \n Everything is just an invitation. No one forces you to speak if you don’t want to\, to answer awkward questions\, or to force yourself to socialize more than comes naturally to you. \nYou can just listen\, take a break when you need to\, and participate at your own pace. \n Who comes to Adunat? \nThere is no age limit and no specific „type” of people who come. At our events you can find extroverts\, introverts\, people of all ages with diverse professions and interests. \nThat’s why we love doing this so much. We bring together people who might never have met in any other setting. Here they have the opportunity to really listen to their stories. \n Ticket: 30 – 70 lei (flexible price – minimum 30 lei\, but you can contribute more if you want to support the project and help the event remain accessible to everyone) \n Thursday\, 9th April\n Universitate\, Str.
